Our Build It Green program incorporates our 30-plus years of environmentally responsible experience building people’s dreams and puts it to work for you. Our services include home sighting, home design, floor plans, green build and green certified specifications.

We assure management and quality control throughout the building process, including responsibility for all trades during construction and purchases of all products, as outlined in the specifications. Our Sales Associate will spend time with you through the selection process. Our Project Manager will maintain regular contact with you during the construction of your home. Additionally, you will benefit from a two-year limited warranty—an indication of how firmly we stand behind our work.

As the homeowner, you will provide the water source (well or municipal), septic system (if applicable), both town and state building permits, power and other utilities, and we will guide you through the process and work with the trades to ensure your complete satisfaction.
