3D Printing

Ideal for our Rapid Prototyping projects, 3D printing is a great option for those who already have a design, but don’t have the printers they need at their disposal.

Alternatively, 3d printing can be an excellent first step if your project doesn’t have a model yet. We can help you design something and then 3d print a test part for Proof of Concept.

We can print in anything from PLA to PETG, Resin to Burnout Wax - Let us know what you’re interested in and we’ll let you know if we have it on hand right now.

    Design stage - Creating the model

    As always, the first step is always to transform your idea into a computer model. Already have a model? Great! If not, we can work to create soemthing with you.

    The Printing Process

    Once material has been decided upon, we apply any calibrations to our printer and begin to print your part. Once printed, your part can be seen seated in a throne of supports - now it’s time for the cleanup and finishing.

    Quality Assurance and Finishing

    With a keen eye to detail, we inspect the final piece to ensure that it meets our standards. If needed, we revisit the design and reprint to ensurethe final product is perfect.
