5-Axis CNC Machining

Using our 5-Axis CNC Mill, we can produce parts that adhere to tight tolerances in no time. This process is perfect for those who already have a part designed and just need some assistance getting the physical product across the finish line, but we’ve also worked hand-in-hand with our clients to create entire designs.

Finished products can be created in Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze and Copper.

Our Process

    Design & Review

    Whether you come to us with a design already worked up, or you design is still a twinkly in your eye, we begin our process in CAD software, where we make sure the design is suited for the Milling.

    The Milling Process

    Once the design file is ready, we load up the CNC and let ‘er rip.

    And by “let ‘er rip” we mean, we watch the CNC with a close eye because we all suffer from anxiety.

    Quality Assurance and Finishing

    With a keen eye to detail, we inspect the final piece to ensure that it meets our standards. If needed, we revisit the design and begin the process again.
